Every morning we prepare a breakfast that tells the story of the local area: artisan jams, fresh yogurt, seasonal fruit and bread from local bakeries. For those who prefer savoury options, we offer breakfasts inspired by local recipes, such as scrambled eggs and salame di patata from the Canavese.

Everything is served in our bright breakfast room overlooking the garden or, on warmer days, under the wisteria in the Chiringuito area, immersed in the quiet of nature.
